Joseph Lewandowski, DPT
Meet our physical therapist, Joe Lewandowski. Joe graduated from Kent State in 2013 for exercise science and in 2016 graduated from Wheeling University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program.
He enjoys weight lifting, hiking, and going to Cleveland Indian games. Joe has a wife, son, and dog.

Dr. Gregg Winnestaffer is a graduate of Ohio University and received his doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1999.

Dr. Bradley Polen, DC
Dr. Bradley Polen is a chiropractor and rehabilitation specialist who focuses exclusively on the non-surgical treatment of low back pain and sciatica. His clinical approach centers on identifying the root causes of recurring back pain and addressing the movement, strength, and load tolerance deficits that contribute to chronic and recurrent symptoms.

Dr. Matthew Truex, DC
Dr. Matthew Truex is an Ohio-licensed Doctor of Chiropractic who received his training at Palmer College of Chiropractic–Florida. He is experienced in chiropractic adjustments, manual therapy, soft tissue care, acupuncture, and a range of rehabilitative modalities.
With a background in massage therapy and wellness-focused treatments, Dr. Truex takes a comprehensive approach to patient care. He is passionate about helping individuals improve mobility, reduce pain, and achieve long-term functional health.

Dr. Susan Graham, MD
Susan is a graduate of University of Toronto and received her medical degree from McMaster University School of Medicine in 1983.

Criselle Smith, MSN, FNP-C
Criselle “Nurse Cris” Smith is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in family and women’s health. She brings extensive experience across primary care, preventive care, acute care, occupational health, and therapeutic medical management in diverse clinical settings.
Nurse Cris specializes in medical weight loss, including comprehensive patient evaluation, eligibility assessment, and individualized treatment planning with a focus on safe and effective medication management.
She holds active nurse practitioner licensure and DEA registration in multiple states, including Ohio, and maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Fluent in Spanish, she is able to read, write, and speak the language, allowing her to provide care to a broader patient population.

Christin Shafer, PTA (PT Assistant)
Christin earned her associate degree as a physical therapist assistant from Terra State Community College.

Ashley graduated from Heidelberg University in 2006 for athletic training and in 2009 earned her associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from North Central State College.
